StandApp is a multi-platform wellness app designed to help remote workers and office employees combat the health risks of prolonged sitting. This user-centric project explored behavioral triggers, integrated cross-device interaction, and applied motivational design to promote healthy habits in everyday work routines.
Sitting for extended periods is linked to serious health issues, including heart disease and deep vein thrombosis. Despite awareness, many remote and office workers still struggle to break sedentary habits due to low motivation, inconvenient tools, or lack of personalized support.
