📌 Project Overview

Sunbook Travel is a comprehensive digital travel solution I led as a mid-level Product Designer at ATA-Travel. Designed to serve both end-users and travel agents, this project exemplifies my ability to deliver impactful, user-centric design across multiple platforms.

This product includes:

• A B2C mobile and desktop experience tailored to Chinese-speaking newcomers in Canada
• A B2B back-office platform for travel agents to manage bookings more efficiently

By applying data-driven design, iterative testing, and inclusive design principles, I improved both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for internal stakeholders.

🎯 My Role

As the lead UI/UX designer on this project, I was responsible for:
